Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 6, 2026

Welcome to Advanced Dealer Training Institute (ADTI School). These Terms of Service establish the conditions for accessing our website, purchasing educational courses, and using our online training services.

By accessing ADTISchool.com, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or access our courses.

Who We Are

Advanced Dealer Training Institute (ADTI School) provides automotive dealer pre-licensing and continuing education courses for individuals and businesses in Florida.

Advanced Dealer Training Institute, ADTI School, and all related marks are service marks of Florida Premium Group, Inc., a Florida corporation.

Our website is located at https://adtischool.com. Questions about these Terms of Service may be directed to our team using the contact information provided at the end of this page.

Course Registration and Enrollment

Students must provide accurate and complete information when registering for ADTI School courses. This may include their legal name, contact information, business details, and other information reasonably necessary for enrollment and certificate issuance.

By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate information and update it when necessary. Students are responsible for verifying that their registration details are correct, particularly information that may appear on completion certificates.

ADTI School reserves the right to review registrations and restrict or cancel enrollment when information is materially inaccurate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.

Course Access and Availability

ADTI School provides online training that allows registered students to access educational materials and complete coursework at their own pace, subject to applicable course requirements.

Purchased courses do not have a standard access expiration date. Students may return to their courses and continue their training without a predefined enrollment deadline, provided the course remains available through our training platform.

Course access is subject to website maintenance, technical availability, applicable regulatory requirements, and changes to our educational services.

Although course access does not expire under our standard policy, Florida licensing authorities may establish deadlines governing when training must be completed or when certificates must be submitted. Students are responsible for meeting those requirements.

Course Completion and Examination Requirements

ADTI School provides training designed to satisfy applicable Florida automotive dealer education requirements. Students must complete the required instruction and meet the examination standards associated with their enrolled course before receiving a completion certificate.

Depending on the course and applicable state requirements, successful completion may require:

  • Completing the required instructional content and training hours.
  • Meeting applicable participation and attendance requirements.
  • Successfully passing the required course examination.
  • Providing accurate student information for certificate issuance.
  • Meeting any additional requirements established by the applicable licensing authority.

Florida law requires applicable initial motor vehicle dealer license applicants to successfully complete approved pre-licensing training. Under Section 320.27, Florida Statutes, successful completion includes an examination administered at the end of the course and attendance of at least 90% of the required instructional hours.

For applicable independent dealer license renewals, Florida law generally requires eight hours of continuing education every two years. Students must also satisfy the completion and examination requirements of the ADTI School course they purchase.

Students are responsible for completing all applicable requirements before requesting or using their completion certificates.

Course Certificates and Florida Dealer Licensing

ADTI School issues course completion certificates to students who successfully satisfy applicable training and examination requirements.

These certificates serve as documentation of completed training and may be used to satisfy applicable educational requirements for Florida motor vehicle dealer licensing or renewal.

Successful completion of an ADTI School course does not guarantee approval, issuance, or renewal of a Florida dealer license. Licensing decisions are made by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) or another applicable licensing authority.

Students remain responsible for satisfying all other licensing requirements, which may include applications, fees, business location requirements, insurance, bonding, background screening, and additional documentation.

Students are also responsible for submitting their course completion certificates to the appropriate licensing authority or other requesting party. ADTI School does not routinely submit certificates on behalf of students.

For current state licensing requirements, visit the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

Course Purchases and Payment Processing

Course prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the applicable course fees and any additional charges disclosed during checkout.

ADTI School uses Stripe to process online payments securely. ADTI School does not store credit card numbers, expiration dates, or card security codes.

Course access is generally provided after successful payment processing and enrollment confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, or other legitimate security concerns.

Course pricing and promotional offers may change at ADTI School’s discretion. Changes to published prices do not retroactively increase the amount owed for a completed purchase.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

ADTI School understands that an online course may not meet every student’s needs. We may provide a refund when a student has made no progress in a purchased course and determines that the course does not work for their needs.

Refund eligibility requires that no course progress has been made and that ADTI School can verify this through available enrollment and training records.

Students requesting a refund must contact our team at service@adtischool.com or call (561) 697-9000.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the student’s course activity, enrollment history, and the circumstances of the request. If ADTI School verifies that no course progress has been made and determines that the request meets our refund conditions, a refund may be approved.

Refunds are generally not available once a student has begun making course progress, completed training requirements, passed an examination, or received a completion certificate, except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, the payment provider, and the student’s financial institution.

Student Accounts and Account Security

Each ADTI School student account is intended for individual use by the registered student. Account credentials, course access, and enrollment privileges may not be shared, transferred, or resold to another individual.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
  • Use your account only for your own training and educational purposes.
  • Not share account access or login credentials with others.
  • Provide accurate information during registration and course completion.
  • Notify ADTI School if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
  • Use our training platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

ADTI School may suspend or restrict account access when there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or material violations of these terms.

Acceptable Website and Course Use

Our website and educational materials are provided for lawful personal and professional training purposes.

Users agree not to interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or engage in activities that disrupt our services.

Students may not use automated tools or other unauthorized methods to manipulate course progress, attendance records, examination results, or completion certificates.

Misrepresentation of course participation or completion may result in restricted access, cancellation of certificates where appropriate, or other corrective action consistent with applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Educational Materials

ADTI School’s course materials, instructional content, videos, graphics, examinations, written resources, website design, and related educational materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course grants the registered student a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased educational materials for their intended training purposes.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, students may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials for commercial use.
  • Share instructional videos, examinations, or protected training resources.
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer course access to another person.
  • Publish protected course materials on another website or platform.
  • Use ADTI School’s trademarks or branding without authorization.

Students may use their own completion certificates for legitimate licensing, employment, or professional purposes.

Changes to Courses, Pricing, and Services

ADTI School may update its courses, instructional materials, examinations, website features, pricing, and service offerings at its discretion.

These changes may be necessary to reflect updates to Florida regulations, licensing procedures, technology, educational standards, or business operations.

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue course content or platform features. Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions affecting currently enrolled students.

Changes remain subject to applicable law and any binding terms associated with an existing purchase. We do not guarantee that particular course materials, platform features, or instructional formats will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Website Availability and Technical Limitations

ADTI School works to maintain a reliable and accessible online learning experience. However, website access may occasionally be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every website feature or training resource. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team for assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported issues and restore affected services when feasible.

Educational Information and Licensing Disclaimers

ADTI School provides educational training and general information related to Florida automotive dealer licensing and continuing education.

Students should verify current licensing requirements directly with the appropriate government authority before submitting applications, completing renewals, or making business decisions.

ADTI School is an educational training provider and does not independently issue Florida motor vehicle dealer licenses. Course enrollment, successful examination results, and completion certificates do not guarantee licensing approval.

Our collection, use, and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in that policy, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADTI School and Florida Premium Group, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, educational materials, or online services.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from interruptions in website access, technical issues, misuse of student accounts, or licensing decisions made by government authorities.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
